Saya rasa, semua hubungan yang positif dibangun dengan sebuah kepercayaan. Baik itu hubungan bisnis, pertemanan, maupun kerjasama. Suatu hubungan tanpa kepercayaan bukanlah hubungan dalam arti sebenarnya.
Sebuah tim tanpa adanya kepercayaan tidak akan bertahan lama. Lalu apa yang membuatnya bisa bertahan, sekalipun tidak lama ? Gampaaang....jawabannya adalah uang. Sebagai contoh, sekalipun bos anda tidak mempercayai anda, kenapa anda tetap bekerja kepadanya ? Karena anda butuh uang. Lalu kenapa bos anda tidak memecat anda ? Karena dia belum menemukan pengganti anda. Kejam ? Memang itulah kehidupan !

Meskipun kelihatannya anda sendiri yang mengerjakan proyek besar tersebut, tetapi kenyataanya dikerjakan oleh banyak orang. Di sini anda berdindak sebagai pemimpin proyek, dan rekan kerja anda sebagai anak buah proyek.

Bisa si D atau si E, yang pasti orang yang anda kenal dengan baik dan mampu menyelesaikannya. Anda percaya kepada mereka kalau rekan anda mampu mengerjakannya. Saya sebut ini sebagai internal teamwork.

Ini sebuah kisah, kisah mengenai perjalanan hidupku. Aku sudah tidak mempercayai rekan kerjaku lagi.

Pasti sakit rasanya.” Iya....betul, sakit rasanya...panas...panas, benci...benci...ha..ha...ha....kata orang pinter, orang yang sukses adalah orang yang bisa menertawakan dirinya sendiri...dan saya setuju akan hal ini.
Lalu mengapa aku masih mempertahankan timwork ini ? Sebenarnya sih....gak pingin tak pertahankan, ingin tak akhiri saja, tetapi ada beberapa pihak yang tidak menghendakinya. Kenapa kok ada pihak yang mau mempertahankannya ? Saya tidak tahu jawabannya. Mungkin seperti analogi bos dan karyawan yang saya tulis di atas.. Karyawan tetap memilih bekerja karena dia membutuhkan uang, sementara itu dari sisi bos tetap memperkerjakan karena belum menemukan penggantinya. Jadi jenis hubungan seperti apa dalam kasus ini ? Gak tau....yang pasti rentan konflik dan rapuh !
Apakah suatu hubungan yang retak bisa diperbaiki ? Hmm....susah untuk menjawabnya karena manusia belajar dari masa lalu dan pengalamannya. Jadi teringat dengan Tuhan deh...
Tuhan, pencipta kita sudah tidak mempercayai kita lagi karena kebebasan yang diberikan kepada kita disalahgunakan. Tetapi bukannya si manusia meminta maaf karena kesalahannya, malahan dia menyalahkan Tuhan yang telah memberinya kebebasan. Tuhan diam saja disalahkan oleh manusia....bahkan....lebih lagi....Dia mencoba untuk mempercayai manusia terus menerus. Kok bisa ? Gak tau....yang aku tahu....pasti rasanyaaa luaaaar biasaaa saaaaakiiiiiit.......
Sebagai orang beriman....maka aku harus bisa meneladani Tuhanku. Dan ternyata.... kok rasanya gak isa yaaa... ha....ha...ha.... tak coba dulu deeeh....!

Kepercayaan harganya mahal....untuk apa ditukar ? Apakah untuk sesuatu yang lebih mahal dari kepercayaan ? Jika memang benar....apakah yang lebih mahal dari kepercayaan dan integritas ?

Kembali lagi kepada pencobaan yang dialami oleh Tuhan kita pada waktu pertama kalinya melayani manusia yang berdosa. Setan menawarkan harta dan tahta, atau bahasa jawanya duit dan nama beken.
